  • Holley Allen

    Certified Personal Trainer

As a college athlete, the first 23 years of my life were focused on training & competing. Once becoming pregnant, that priority drastically shifted. Although I still remained active during both of my pregnancies, my body was limited in ways that I never experienced before, and postpartum was an even harder adjustment. After seeing the lack of support and help for new moms I was inspired to become a trainer myself and do just that. With 10+ years of coaching and teaching experience, a degree in nutrition, and a general love for physical movement I thrive off inspiring and helping others reach their fitness goals. I’m ready to teach & train you how to have a growth mindset about building healthy habits, making mindful movements, and living intentionally.

It allows you to transform your overall health and mindset, relieve your stress, better perform in your everyday life, and build habits that will support you in everything that you do. • Simon Gersten

    NASM Certified Personal Trainer

I was born in Sandy Springs, Georgia, and am currently a junior at the University of Georgia. I started to get interested in the gym about 6 years ago. I quickly fell in love with the mental and physical changes that training helped me to achieve. At first, I was interested in powerlifting but I have since changed my personal goals towards bodybuilding. I have competed in two shows so far and won the Teen Nationals Bodybuilding show last year. Since training has been so influential in my life, I want to spread the knowledge I have accumulated over the years to help others achieve their personal fitness and goals and to find new ways of training that truly make them happy.
