  • Holly Allen

B.S. Ed.- FACS EDUCATION- UGA, Food and Nutrition, Food Science, Food Preparation, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, RYT- Registered Yoga Teacher 250+, Group Fitness Coordinator

Women’s Fitness- Pregnancy, Postpartum, Fat Loss/ Muscle Gain, Strength and Resistance Training,

Flexibility, Mobility, HYROX, Mindful Movement, Nutrition, Yoga, Holistic Health & Wellbeing

As a college athlete, the first 23 years of my life were focused on training & competing. Once becoming pregnant, that priority drastically shifted. Although I remained active during both of my pregnancies, my body was limited in ways that I never experienced before, and postpartum was an even harder adjustment. After seeing the lack of support and help for new moms I was inspired to become a trainer myself and do just that.

I believe that living a healthy lifestyle should be accessible, understandable, attainable, and sustainable for all. I embody a holistic approach to health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness with the understanding that mind, body, and spirit are all connected.

With 10+ years of coaching and teaching experience, a degree in nutrition, and a general love for physical movement, I thrive off inspiring and helping others reach their fitness goals.

I'm ready to teach & train you how to have a growth mindset by building healthy habits, moving with purpose, and living intentionally.

  • Cooper Bringolf

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, B.S. Kinesiology

I was born and raised here in Athens and am excited to be back home after attending Emmanuel University. There, I played collegiate Lacrosse for 3 years, and I spent my senior year working with the Track and Field team as the intern coach for Shot put, Discus and Javelin throwers.

My passion is to see people reach their goals for movement and fitness. For some people, that’s competitive play in high level athletics, and for others that’s getting out of bed in the morning. I have spent my life in the athlete world and have suffered from many injuries as a result. I had people that helped me recover from those injuries, as well as trainers that helped me build strength and prevent future injury. I would love to help in that role for others. My mission is to build and repair the body of individuals for their activities of daily living and to have a deep and supportive relationship with my clients.
